Dining

Delight in the flavours and aromas of Africa, dine under the thatched, open sided dining room with views over our sprawling lawns onto the lake or, for those who prefer their meals al fresco, we invite you to take a seat under leafy trees on the lawn. Meals are created from a variety of attractive and international recipes. We will cater for vegetarians but would need to have prior notice.

Campers have a choice of dining in the dining room or cooking for themselves in the spacious A-Frame barbeque areas (known locally as 'braais') - we provide the firewood, you just need to bring your own food and light up.

In the evenings, an age-old African tradition remains of socialising around the safari camp fire pit.

Refreshments

Cordials, tea, coffee, water and ice are available free of charge all day in the dining room, at no extra charge.  Should you wish for something stronger feel free to bring your own liquor, no corkage will be charged.

Swimming pool

Cool off from the midday heat around the swimming pool with views over-looking the lake.

Curio Shop

Based at reception, our curio shop offers an array of traditional delights and souvenirs. Awesome photographs, traditional paintings, jewellery, clothing and sculptures are just some of the treasures available.
